Project: Bank of America Tower, Houston, TX
As part of this year's Best in Building Health awards, we are pleased to recognize Beacon Capital Partners and Cushman & Wakefield for achieving the Highest Scoring Built Recertification Project with the Bank of America Tower in Houston, TX.
Earlier this year, Beacon Capital Partners and Cushman & Wakefield received the Highest Scoring Built Recertification Project award for the Bank of America Tower in Houston, TX, a 35-story, 778,000 SF office tower. In 2020, the tower became the first in Houston to receive Fitwel Certification, and one of the largest with a three-star Fitwel rating at the time, for its array of health-promoting attributes, including SkyPark, downtown Houston's first and largest green roof open to all building tenants. Cushman & Wakefield, whose team includes several Top Ambassadors, also received four Best in Building Health leadership awards in 2021, including recognition for the Highest Square Footage, the Most People Impacted Across Building Scorecards, and the Greatest Number of Certifications (Consultant).
We spoke with the prestigious project team, including Top 20 Ambassador, Christine Cho Schiftan of Cushman & Wakefield, to learn more about their ongoing success.
