Launched in 2013 to partner with company stakeholders committed to boosting employee health and happiness in the design and implementation of custom-tailored corporate wellness programs, Exubrancy now serves over 1,000 retail, residential, and commercial & industrial sites around the world.
As a Fitwel Partner, Exubrancy supports the healthy building movement by bringing streamlined and impactful solutions for buildings to incorporate health and wellness into their communities. As a subsidiary of Tishman Speyer, Exubrancy is at the forefront of leading the way for new constructions and existing buildings to innovate in holistic health. To date, the team has provided wellbeing programming for 100% of Fitwel-certified buildings in the Tishman Speyer portfolio. Initiatives include on-site fitness, meditation, massage, health seminars, and food programs for occupants and construction teams as well as fitness center and lactation room design services.

Sunview Integrated Solutions’ entire air purification product line eradicates COVID-19 and other dangerous airborne pathogens, including their ever-evolving variants, as well as harmful particulates, noxious fumes, and dangerous ozone levels, at eradication rates of 99.9%. The company currently offers 17 different models of air purification products to ensure that every possible configuration requirement is covered.
