We are delighted to welcome Moda Group to the expanding cohort of Fitwel Champions pioneering the Healthy Building Movement at scale across the United Kingdom. The Build-to-Rent (BTR) investor, developer, and operator of large-scale rental neighborhoods in the UK is dedicated to creating a next generation healthy and sustainable future.

Moda has certified five properties to date through a joint venture with Fitwel Champion Harrison Street, four of which have achieved the highest possible Fitwel rating of 3-Stars. These include Moda, The McEwan in Edinburgh; Moda, New York Square in Leeds; Moda, The Mercian in Birmingham; and Moda, Holland Park in Glasgow.

With a pipeline of 24,000 homes in more than 20 UK cities, Moda is at the forefront of the industry, ensuring that each of its operational neighborhoods meet not only the Fitwel Standard, but also other sustainability criteria established by GRESB, LETI, the Royal Institute of British Architects, and the UK Green Building Council.
