What motivated your project team(s) to pursue Fitwel Certification?
GV:
Our team believes in the power of building health, wellness, and sustainability! We enjoy walking through the Fitwel process with our clients and encouraging them to showcase their achievements.

Why did you choose to become a Fitwel Ambassador?
GV:
I first learned about the Fitwel Ambassador program while interning at SIG in college. Many of my assignments at the time included creating documentation for various Fitwel projects, which piqued my interest in the Standard's evidence-based strategies and certification process. I decided to become an Ambassador to better understand Fitwel's process and requirements, with the goal of ultimately assisting my clients and promoting health and wellness in the built environment.

It has also enabled me to act as a sounding board for my colleagues, answering any questions they may have about their projects.
