Commercial + Industrial Site Scorecard (C+I) is applicable to district or campus scale projects certifying commercial land that is contiguous and owned or managed by a single entity, and includes at least one commercial building. The site may contain public infrastructure or rights of way, but all land within the project site must be accessible to all project occupants and must be associated with the project’s typical operations.
