Community Scorecard (CM) is applicable to neighborhood, district or campus scale residential or mixed-use projects certifying land that is contiguous and owned or managed by a single private or public entity, and includes at least one residential building. The site may contain public infrastructure or rights of way, but all land within the project site must be accessible to all project occupants and must be associated with the project's typical operations.
